JC’s Hangin 4 the Holidays provides professional holiday lighting installation, maintenance, takedown, and related services.
All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to change after a site visit or upon discovering additional requirements.

• Quotes are valid for [30 days] from the date issued.
   
• A deposit may be required to secure scheduling.
   
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
   
• We accept Venmo, Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Zelle
   
• Late payments may be subject to fees.
   

• The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
   
• We are not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues, damaged outlets, or faulty wiring.
   
• While we take great care during installation and removal, we are not liable for minor cosmetic damage to surfaces, gutters, shingles, or landscaping unless caused by negligence.
   
• Lights and décor are either customer-owned or purchased depending on your service plan (specify which you offer).
   

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled installation may result in a cancellation fee.
   
• Weather or unforeseen conditions may require rescheduling for safety reasons.
   

• We guarantee our workmanship during the service period.
   
• We are not responsible for damage caused by weather, animals, electrical surges, or customer tampering.
   
• Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
   

• The content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by JC’s Hangin 4 the Holidays and may not be copied or used without permission.
   
• You agree not to misuse our site or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
   

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
